ELEVATE GovCon: From Small Business to Government Contractor

ELEVATE GovCon is an eight-week, self-paced government contracting readiness program from Elevation 321, a nonprofit business and economic development organization serving Florida’s Space Coast. It helps small business owners understand the U.S. federal procurement marketplace, assess their readiness, prepare foundational registration information, research opportunities, build relationships, and develop practical proposal and performance capabilities. Participants work with realistic fictional examples and official resources while building a Government Contracting Readiness Portfolio. The program introduces Florida state and local procurement alongside its primary federal focus, while making clear that requirements, procedures, and opportunities vary by buyer and can change.
