Success Doesn't Come With a Blueprint

What does it take to build something extraordinary?

For some, the journey begins with an idea. For others, it starts with a challenge, an unexpected opportunity, or the determination to create something that doesn't yet exist.

At the 2026 Timeless Excellence: A Walk Through Time celebration, Black Brilliance on the Rooftop brought together five accomplished professionals for Built Different, a panel exploring entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact.

Held on September 18 at The Landing Rooftop in downtown Melbourne, Florida, the conversation created an opportunity to examine the different experiences, industries, and perspectives that shape leadership and professional success.

The panel reflected a powerful truth: there is no single formula for achievement, and some of the most meaningful contributions come from people willing to think differently, challenge expectations, and create their own paths.

Meet the Leaders Who Are Built Different

The panel featured five professionals whose work spans entrepreneurship, aerospace, mental health, business leadership, and personal development.

Dr. Orly Amor

International Speaker, Bestselling Author, Corporate Trainer & Certified Behavior Analyst

Dr. Orly Amor brings experience in professional development, behavioral analysis, corporate training, and leadership education.

Her background reflects the importance of understanding people, strengthening communication, and developing the skills that help individuals and organizations navigate change.

Brandon Burroughs

Boeing Program Management Team

Representing the aerospace and technology sector, Brandon Burroughs brought a professional background in program management at Boeing.

His participation highlighted the connection between innovation, disciplined execution, and the leadership required to support complex initiatives.

On Florida's Space Coast, where aerospace and technology play an important role in the regional economy, perspectives like Brandon's help connect professional achievement with the broader opportunities available in our community.

Dr. Roselyn Burnett

Licensed Mental Health Therapist & Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor (BCBC)

Dr. Roselyn Burnett brings expertise in mental health, emotional wellness, and counseling.

Her professional background reflects an essential dimension of sustainable success: recognizing the importance of personal well-being alongside professional ambition.

As entrepreneurs and leaders navigate demanding responsibilities, conversations about resilience, balance, and wellness remain an important part of the broader leadership experience.

Benjamin Aubin

Founder & President, Vou Vo Management and Production LLC

As a business founder and president, Benjamin Aubin represents the creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking required to develop and lead an enterprise.

His entrepreneurial background reflects the role that independent business owners play in bringing new ideas, services, and opportunities into the marketplace.

Jarred Parris

CEO, Parris International

Jarred Parris brings the perspective of a chief executive responsible for organizational direction and business leadership.

His role reflects the importance of vision, decision-making, and the commitment required to guide an organization toward its goals.

Different Industries. Shared Determination.

One of the strengths of Built Different was the diversity of professional experiences represented on the stage.

Aerospace program management, behavioral development, mental health, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership may appear to be separate disciplines.

Yet each contributes to the larger conversation about how individuals, businesses, and communities grow.

Innovation requires creative thinking.

Entrepreneurship requires initiative and adaptability.

Leadership requires vision and accountability.

And sustainable progress requires recognizing the people behind the work.

By bringing these perspectives together, Black Brilliance on the Rooftop created an environment where attendees could consider success from multiple angles rather than through a single professional lens.

Why Innovation and Entrepreneurship Matter to the Space Coast

Florida's Space Coast is home to established industries, emerging entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and small businesses working to build their futures.

A thriving local economy depends on more than the success of major employers. It also depends on the ability of entrepreneurs and smaller enterprises to access knowledge, relationships, resources, and opportunities.

Events like Timeless Excellence create valuable spaces for those connections to begin.

When business owners can engage with experienced professionals, when emerging leaders can learn from different industries, and when people are encouraged to explore new ideas, the entire community benefits.

The goal is not simply to celebrate achievement.

It is to help create an environment where more people have opportunities to pursue it.

From Built Different to Building Together

As Black Brilliance on the Rooftop evolves into Elevation 321, the spirit behind Built Different continues to shape our vision.

Our commitment to Visibility, Impact, and Prosperity means recognizing diverse forms of excellence while creating meaningful pathways for business and community advancement.

Visibility allows entrepreneurs, professionals, and innovative ideas to be recognized.

Impact encourages knowledge-sharing, strategic partnerships, and opportunities that lead to action.

Prosperity reflects our commitment to sustainable business growth and stronger communities.

The future of the Space Coast will be shaped by individuals and organizations willing to collaborate across industries, share their experiences, and invest in new possibilities.

Built Different. Moving Forward Together.

We extend our appreciation to Dr. Orly Amor, Brandon Burroughs, Dr. Roselyn Burnett, Benjamin Aubin, and Jarred Parris for contributing their professional perspectives to the Timeless Excellence experience.

Their participation helped demonstrate that leadership and innovation take many forms—and that every industry has something valuable to contribute to the conversation.

As Elevation 321 continues to grow, we look forward to building more opportunities for entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders to connect, learn, and collaborate.

Because being built different is powerful. But building something greater together is where lasting impact begins.
